Life Changing. Built a gym at home…didn’t go. Tried the base gym alone…didn’t go. I met Coach Micki and she would always encourage (never pushed) to try out F45. The price was intimidating but after 3 weeks the cost is 100% worth it. You aren’t showing up to a gym where a coach is on their phone and you go at it alone. This is a gym family. The coaches are all there to encourage you and to correct you when your form is off. The goal isn’t to lift the heaviest and to go the fastest like other gyms. This place encourages you to change your lifestyle while doing it as a team. It is a friendly, very social, and inviting gym environment. Working out alone I never pushed myself past my comfort zone but I now have F45 and hope to be pushed to bigger goals and a healthier lifestyle. Cheers!

I’ve been a member at a couple different F45 locations as I’ve moved around a bit in the past few years. I have to say F45 Coronado is my absolute favorite. The coaches are all extremely knowledgeable, welcoming, and friendly. It can be nerve wracking to be the newbie at a gym, but I felt instantly welcomed by both coaches and members.
