What to Expect

Your First F45 Class

At F45 Training, our workouts are meticulously crafted by certified personal trainers to bring together all muscle groups in your body, helping you achieve unparalleled strength, energy, and flexibility that will leave you feeling your absolute best.

We’re more than just a gym. We’re a total wellness solution for every body. From the moment you walk through the doors of our studios, you become a part of the F45 family. We’re not just inclusive; we embrace and celebrate your presence, making you feel like you truly belong.


Before your initial class, undergo a noninvasive, user-friendly InBody scan to evaluate body composition. It sets a baseline for tracking progress as you embark on your fitness journey. At Select Studios.

Before Class Begins

For first-timers, we recommend getting there 10 minutes beforehand to meet your certified personal trainer. We’ll check you in, get you sorted, and walk you through what to expect during your first class.

Demo Time

Once you’re in class, line up on the blue track and trainers will take you step-by-step through each exercise, so you can feel confident. No surprises here. And don’t worry, our screens are also there to guide you.

Warm Up

Time for your warm-up! F45TV and the trainers will get you ready to perform at your best with warm up activities designed to prevent muscle strains or injuries.

It’s Go Time

Get ready for 45 minutes of heart-pumping, sweat-dripping fun. F45TV will guide you. Our music will move you. Our trainers will coach and support you every step of the way.

Get to Know the F45 Classes

Mon, Wed
Chase the endorphins and push your cardiovascular skills to the limit in a cardio session that will flash before your eyes. Even afterwards, your metabolism will still be in overdrive from the exciting, action-packed classes we have to offer.

Tues, Thurs, Sun
Ready to feel like a superhero? Then it’s time for our full-power resistance classes, where strength training meets functional movement patterns in a full body burn – and we mean burn! You’ll walk out, or possibly crawl, with your body cut like a diamond.

Fri, Sat
For those days you want a little bit of everything, there’s nothing better than our hybrid classes! Experience a mix of cardio and resistance training that will put your strength and endurance through the ultimate challenge.
