يُعتبر تدريب المقاومة نظاماً أساسيّاً لتحقيق اللّياقة البدنيّة تّم تصميمه لمساعدتك في بناء العضلات وزيادة كثافة العظام، وهو يشكّل مزيجاً مثاليّاً للّنساء والأشخاص الذّين يرغبون في الحفاظ على قوّتهم مع التقدّم في السّن. يُعدّ تدريب القوّة تدريباً فريداً من نوعه حيث يعتمد على أنماط حركيّة وظيفيّة تهدف إلى زيادة كتلة العضلات، مع حرق السّعرات الحراريّة حتّى أثناء فترة الرّاحة. صُمّم كلّ تمرين من تدريبات المقاومة الخاصّة ب F45 لاستهداف القوّة والثبّات، ممّا يساهم في بناء قاعدة صلبة من القوّة الوظيفيّة، لينتج عنها عضلات أقوى وأكثر تحديداً و رشاقةً بحيث يمكن رؤيتها والشعور بها.
