OFFICIAL RULES
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
2. ELIGIBILITY
This Giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, Australia,
Europe, New Zealand, Asia, and Canada who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of July 28, 2026, except
employees, contractors, directors and officers of Hyrox (“Sponsor”), employees, contractors, directors and officers
of F45 Training Incorporated (the “Administrator”) and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies (collectively, the
“Promotion Parties”), and members of their immediate families or persons living in the same household. V oid
where prohibited by law.
3. HOW TO ENTER
The entry period begins on July 28, 2026 at 11:00 AM EDT and ends on August 7, 2026 at 11:00 PM EDT (the
“Entry Period”).
There are two (2) ways to enter:

Comment on the Administrator’s giveaway social media post posted on [Instagram] ] on [Sunday, 19th
July] with a photo of you rower score from the Varsity workout, including the hashtag
#HYROXCruiseGiveaway; or
•
Share a photo of your Varsity workout rower score to your Instagram Story, tag @f45

By completing the above steps, entrants consent to the Administrator’s use and display of the submitted photo across
the Administrator’s website and social media pages, and otherwise as permitted under these Official Rules, provided
that the Administrator is under no obligation to display any entrant’s photo.
Entrants may enter as often as they like. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method, or
entering more times than permitted, will void all entries by that entrant and result in disqualification. Entrants may
not submit more entries than permitted by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to
circumvent these rules.

. No responsibility is assumed by Sponsor for lost, late, mutilated,
stolen, illegible, incomplete, misdirected or postage-due mail or entries. Entries become property of Sponsor and
will not be returned.
4. DRAWING AND SELECTION OF WINNER
A random drawing will be conducted by the Administrator on Friday, August 7, 2026, to select the winner from
among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
One (1) winner will be selected at random.
The potential winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram within two (2) days of the random drawing.
Failure to respond within two (2) days from receipt of a direct message will result in forfeiture of the prize, and the
Sponsor may award the prize to an alternate winner. The return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable
may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected. All income taxes resulting from acceptance
of the prize are the responsibility of the winner. By entering this Giveaway, each entrant accepts and agrees to these
Official Rules and to the decisions of the Administrator, which are final in all matters. Acceptance of a prize also
constitutes permission for the Promotion Parties to use the winner’s name, likeness, and biographical information formarketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. This Giveaway is
subject to all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements in the jurisdictions in which it is offered.
As a condition of receiving a prize, the potential winner may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit
of Eligibility, Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release, as well as any other documents required by
Promotional Parties, within the time period specified in the notification. Failure to timely return any required
documents may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected, in
Sponsor’s sole discretion.
5. PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive one (1) Balcony Cabin aboard the HYROX Cruise in October 2026 for a party of two
(2) people. The prize is provided by HYROX and consists solely of the cabin itself, delivered via a booking code. It
does not include flights, transportation, or any other expenses. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the cabin is

The prize consists only of those items specifically listed above. Limit one (1) prize per winner. No substitution or
transfer of the prize is permitted by the winner. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or
greater value. All prizes will be awarded.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering this Giveaway, entrants waive all right to, and hold the Promotion Parties harmless from, any claim,
liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys’
fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any
prize. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR
INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
The Promotion Parties are not responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant’s failure to receive
prize notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings, or for an entrant’s provision of incorrect or
non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions; lost or unavailable network
connections; or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications, whether
caused by the sender or by any equipment or programming associated with or used in this Giveaway; human error
occurring in the processing of entries; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of this
offer, administration of the Giveaway, or announcement of the prize. If, in the Administrator’s opinion, any such
error occurs, or there is suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the Giveaway, or if technical
difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the Giveaway, the Administrator reserves the
right to cancel or modify this Giveaway in a manner it deems appropriate. If the Giveaway is terminated, winners
will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of the date of termination. In the event a dispute arises as
to the identity of a potentially winning entrant, the entry will be declared made by the name on the applicable online
entry.
7. PUBLICITY RELEASE; COPYRIGHT LICENSE
Except where prohibited, participation in this Giveaway constitutes the winner’s consent to the Administrator’s and
its agents’ use of the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state in perpetuity
for promotional purposes in any media worldwide, without further payment or consideration and without the
winner’s approval of any advertising or marketing materials.
By entering, each entrant grants to the Administrator and its designees and agents a non-exclusive, perpetual,
irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid-up license to use the entrant’s photo submission (including all rights embodied
therein), and to reproduce, exploit, edit, modify, adapt, post, display, create derivative works of, and distribute the
entrant’s photo, including the names and likenesses of any persons or locations depicted therein, worldwide, in
perpetuity, for promotional purposes in any media, including online and social media platforms, all without notice,
payment, or consideration to the entrant and without the entrant’s approval of any advertising or marketing
materials.Entrants understand and agree that the Administrator has wide access to ideas, designs, and other materials, and that
new ideas are constantly being submitted to it or developed by its own employees, many of which may be
competitive with, or similar or identical to, the entrant’s photo in theme, idea, format, or other respects. Each entrant
acknowledges and agrees that the entrant will not be entitled to any compensation as a result of the Administrator’s
use of any such similar or identical material, and that the Administrator does not have, and will not have, any duty or
liability, direct or indirect, with respect to the infringement or protection of the copyright in the entrant’s photo.
8. CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM
This Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of
Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or
relating to this Giveaway or these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts
located in Austin, Texas. Nothing in this provision limits any mandatory rights or protections available to entrants
under the laws of their country or state of residence.

Unless otherwise specified, this giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with
any social media channel (i.e., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) or any other named or depicted people or entities
other than the Promotional Parties. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding this giveaway should be
