Our cardio workout uses plyometric movements—such as squats, jump ropes, burpees, box jumps, and so much more—to get your heart pumping. 

Our resistance workout helps you build muscle mass. When you build muscle mass, you become stronger. That’s good news for your bones as well, especially as you age. Bones become brittle and break easier. But the more you work out and build muscle, the better protected and stronger your bones will be.

And our hybrid class is a mixture of cardio and resistance, so you’re getting the best of both worlds for a world-class workout.
