F45 Training Empowers Veterans Through Franchise Opportunities and Career Development

F45 Training continues to honor and support the military community by offering unique entrepreneurial and career development opportunities for veterans and active-duty service members. Through the Veterans Impact Program 45 (VIP45), F45 provides a 50 percent discount on the initial franchise fee, mentorship, business training, and access to a robust support network for service members aspiring to become studio owners.

To further support service members’ career transitions, F45 offers the SkillBridge Fitness Internship Training Program. Approved by the Department of Defense, this initiative has trained over 1,000 participants for roles ranging from trainers and managers to franchise owners. By providing hands-on experience and a structured pathway into the fitness industry, the program empowers veterans to achieve their entrepreneurial goals.
F45’s commitment to the military extends beyond ownership opportunities. The company operates studios on military installations, such as Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, offering military personnel and their families access to its signature high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and FS8 Pilates-based workouts. These programs help service members maintain physical and mental readiness while fostering a sense of community.
