Strength Beyond the Workout

Member Stories

Nic, F45 Athlete

–“The night before my first chemo session, my F45 community showed up with care packages and hugs, and somehow made an impossible moment feel comforting.”

–“Strength is patience now. Trusting my body, honoring limits, and knowing progress isn’t always visible because doing your best looks different every day.”

Megan, 3x Cancer Survivor

–“F45 has supported me in ways I didn’t even know I needed. Physically, I’ve done things I once believed were completely out of reach. From limitations to being able to say I have completed a Hyrox relay (not adaptive).”

–“Getting fit and strong hasn’t just changed my body—it’s changed my mindset, my confidence, and how I show up in the world. Some effects will be with me for life but F45 showed me there is more to life than effects.”
