I joined F45 Umm Suqeim in January 2023 after doing a week of trial classes. There are so many reasons to love F45 Umm Suqeim! The workouts are always changing so you never get bored and are always challenged. There is a great balance between cardio and resistance, targeting the full-body. They have a great schedule so it is easy to fit in your 45 minutes of exercise. The thing I love the most about F45 Umm Suqeim is the coaches. They are always there to help and encourage. They are truly invested in each member’s journey to become fitter and healthier. It is a real community atmosphere and the members and coaches are always smiling and laughing, even while getting their sweat on.

The F45 challenge was just what I needed to get a meaningful kickstart to my fitness journey. I hadn’t been training regularly for a while so this was a great opportunity to become more consistent. I enjoy the F45 formats and how they vary throughout the week, it’s anything but boring! Mix that in with a challenge format filled with mini-challenges, steps and playoffs, then it’s hard not to want to participate more. Overall, the challenge was tough but in a fun way. Add to that the amazing atmosphere and community you get at F45 and it’s something I’d recommend to everyone to at least try with the warning that they’re going to get hooked. Looking forward to the next one!

I found F45 studio by chance since its near my work I never thought I will be an active person like going to the gym every day at 8:30am class and if I will be late, I’ll feel incomplete.
