45 minutes of exercises in multiple stations for many rounds. Very inclusive place, open to all fitness levels (from beginner to experts). The coaches (Hermano, Ruben, and Marta) are very friendly, energetic, and funny. They adjust the exercise if you have injuries and they push you to your best/max but also allow you to rest or adjust your pace if you need it. Sara in the reception is very helpful and friendly. Overall amazing gym with amazing people!

My wife and I have an unlimited F45 membership in California and have been working out for 17 months. While visiting Barcelona, we used the passport option and had a great experience. The studio is easy to find, very clean, with spotless equipment. Lucia and Ruben welcomed us warmly, and we appreciated that towels were provided. Ruben was the lead instructor and did an excellent job keeping the energy high, encouraging everyone, and offering helpful tips. This was another reminder of why we love F45—the supportive community and staff who truly care about their members. F45 Barcelona is no exception. Highly recommend if you’re in town, considering a membership, or trying a new gym.

Probé F45 con un pase de 3 días que me permitió entrenar en fuerza, híbrido y cardio. Los tres fueron completos, dinámicos e intensos… justo lo que buscaba. Las instalaciones están impecables y los entrenadores, además de explicar todo con claridad, te motivan y corrigen la técnica en cada ejercicio. El ambiente es buenísimo: energía positiva y buena onda desde que entras. Sin duda lo voy a sumar a mi rutina. Lo recomiendo al 100 %, tanto para principiantes como para gente con experiencia.

Visité F45 Aribau desde Madrid y no pudo gustarme más! El ambiente es increíble, el entreno muy divertido y dinámico, los coaches Rubén y Hermano muy atentos no paran de motivarte. Probé F45 Aribau y me he apuntado. El centro es nuevo y se nota: todo impecable y bien organizado. Soy novata en este tipo de entreno y aquí no te sientes perdida: los coaches están encima, corrigen la técnica y te empujan a dar lo mejor de ti. Venía cansada de los gimnasios de “clase dirigida” donde eres uno más. Aquí hay atención real, entrenos diferentes cada día y se progresa. Las sesiones enganchan. Ambiente top, coaches geniales y sesiones funcionales que se adaptan a tu nivel. Si buscas mejorar, con buen trato y sin complicaciones, este es tu sitio.
