F45 Training and Spartan Launch Spartan Week: A Week-Long Challenge for Racers
F45 Training has teamed up with Spartan to launch Spartan Week. From July 15 through July 21 2024, Spartan and DEKA racers worldwide can take advantage of a free week of training at participating F45 studios by using an exclusive promo code.
This special week is designed to help racers enhance their performance with targeted training tailored to the unique demands of Spartan and DEKA events. Each day, workouts will include two key exercises focused on specific obstacles from Spartan courses or DEKA zones. Additionally, F45TV will highlight Spartan-themed movements to keep racers on track toward peak performance.
