• HOW TO ENTER: Beginning on 02/25/2026 at 15:00PM EST through 03/07/2026 at 12:00PM EST:  
  1. Post a 14th anniversary Reel showcasing your Then → Now moments
  2. Include at least 4 throwback memories
  3. Feature at least 4 more recent studio moment
  4. Post your reel, tag @F45Training and use the hashtag #F4514YearsStrong

If entrant uses any third-party music with the post, including Instagram-licensed audio, entrant agrees to abide by any terms and conditions of the applicable platform or obtain any necessary licensing rights.  Administrator makes no representations regarding the availability or licensing of any music in connection with this promotion.

By completing the above steps, entrants consent to F45 Training Incorporated’s (the “Administrator” or “Sponsor”) use and display of the photo across Administrator’s web and social media pages, and otherwise, as permitted under these Official Rules; provided that Administrator is under no obligation to display any entrants’ photos. 

Requirements for Post: By entering a post, the entrant certifies and represents that each post: (i) is entrant’s original video or audio visual content, footage, and photographs and does not infringe, misappropriate or violate a third party’s patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, moral rights or other proprietary or intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy, or violate of any applicable law or regulation when used as contemplated in these Official Rules; (ii) has not been previously awarded a prize, or award during any other contest or promotion conducted by Sponsor or its affiliates; (iii) has all rights and licenses necessary to grant to Sponsor the rights granted in the post; (iv) is not obscene, lewd, profane, pornographic, disparaging, indecent, fraudulent, false, misleading, deceptive, defamatory, demeaning, vulgar, offensive, discriminatory, hateful, harassing, harmful, violent, threatening, in violation of any applicable law or regulation, does not show illegal or other inappropriate or dangerous behavior, and does not depict products competitive with those of  Sponsor, all as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; (v) to the extent that the entrant does not have rights to any music, images, video, audio, photos, text, or other material embedded within the Submission, or that other people recognizable appear in the Submission, (“Third-Party Materials”), entrant agrees to obtain the appropriate licenses, permissions, and/or releases from the owner of such Third Party Materials. Sponsor may request that entrant provide a completed standard release form for any Third-Party Materials as a condition to receiving any additional Prizes; and (vi) entrant’s agreement to the Official Terms and Conditions of this Promotion will not violate or conflict with any obligations owed by Licensor to any third party.

You may enter as often as you like. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method will void all entries and result in disqualification. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. 

• ELIGIBILITY: Open to residents of the 50 United States and D.C., Australia, Europe, New Zealand, Asia and Canada and who are 18 years of age and older as of date, except for employees of Administrator and their affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies (collectively “Promotion Parties“), and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household. This Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law, and participation is subject to all applicable local laws and regulations.
• DRAWING/SELECTION OF WINNERS: A random drawing will be conducted on 03/07/2026  by the Administrator to select the winner from among all eligible entries received. 

A total of one winner will be selected at random. The potential winner will be notified via DM on Instagram. Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of prize and Sponsor shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. The return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. All income taxes resulting from acceptance of the prize are the responsibility of the winner. Winners are solely responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees imposed by any governmental authority. By entering this Giveaway, Entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator, which shall be final in all matters.  Acceptance of a prize also constitutes permission to the Promotion Parties to use the winner’s name, likeness, and biographical information for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. All federal and state laws apply.

• PRIZE: The single winner will win a USD $500 pre-paid visa gift card, where permitted. The prize consists of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. One prize to be given to one winner. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted by the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. 
• LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering this promotion, entrants waive all right to, and hold the Promotion Parties harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Promotion Parties will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant’s failure to receive prize notices due to Entrant’s spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for Entrants’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this promotion; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this promotion; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the promotion, or announcement of the prize[s]. If, in the Administrator’s opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the promotion, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the promotion, Administrator reserves the right to cancel or modify this promotion in a manner it deems appropriate. In the event of termination, winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of date of termination. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning entrant, entries will be declared made by the name on the online entry form. 
• PUBLICITY RELEASE; COPYRIGHT LICENSE. Except where prohibited, participation in the promotion constitutes each winner’s consent to Administrator’s and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state in perpetuity for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration to winner and without winner’s approval of any advertising or marketing materials. By following the steps of entry, each entrant grants to Administrator and its designees and agents a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid-up license to use entrant’s photo submission (including all rights embodied therein), and to reproduce, exploit, edit, modify, adapt, post, display, create derivative work of and distribute entrant’s photo, including, without limitation, the names and likenesses of any persons or locations embodied therein, worldwide, in perpetuity for promotional purposes in any media, including, without limitation, online and social media platforms, all without any notice, payment or consideration to entrant and without entrant’s approval of any advertising or marketing materials. Entrants understand and agree that the Administrator has wide access to ideas, designs, and other materials, and that new ideas are constantly being submitted to it or being developed by its own employees, many of which may be competitive with, similar or identical to the entrant’s photo in theme, idea, format or other respects. Each entrant acknowledges and agrees that such entrant will not be entitled to any compensation as a result of the Administrator’s use of any such similar or identical material. Each entrant acknowledges and agrees that the Administrator does not now and shall not have in the future any duty or liability, direct or indirect, vicarious, contributory, or otherwise, with respect to the infringement or protection of the copyright in and to the entrant’s photo.
• CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this promotion and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws the United States of America of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this promotion and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in the United States of America in Austin, Texas.
