I don’t even know where to begin with how amazing F45 Cooper City is! The trainers are friendly, funny, motivational and will help you to modify any of the exercises based on your level fitness. It’s a group training environment so you always have a room full of workout buddies. Every day the exercises are different which certainly helps keep you engaged day to day. The gym itself is always kept super clean as well. If I could give it more than 5 stars I totally would!

I have to start by saying that I have never enjoyed going to a traditional gym. I always walked in and I was intimidated by all the different machines and weights and not knowing the proper exercises to do on my own. But F45 has changed my outlook on working out, I love that the classes give you very clear instructions on what exercises to do and what equipment to use. And I love that the trainers walk around during the class, not only to make sure that your form is correct , but also to encourage you to do one more set when you feel like you can’t go on! F45 Cooper City is also taking every precaution to make me feel safe while working out during this pandemic… they check your temperature at the door, face masks are required, and your whole workout is done in an isolated pod so you don’t share equipment with anyone else. This place is super clean and the staff is very friendly, helpful and encouraging! Safe to say F45 is my new obsession!!

My Happy Place! I joined F45 Cooper City primarily for health reasons. I needed to get into shape post pandemic, post pregnancy and dealing with the after- math of continuous heavy dosage of cortisone (autoimmune disease). I can honestly say joining this gym was one of the best decision. The trainers are really awesome and helpful, whether it’s Shaun ALWAYS pushing me for more, Gia extremely knowledgeable and gentle, Harley the ultimate motivator – really makes you believe in what you can do – Jaz and Giselle with the infectious energy and Mily with the calm assurance! The 45 min training goes super fast , unless it’s the killer Saturday workout! Everyday is a new training, so it is never boring. It’s a life changing gym experience and I recommend it highly to all my fiends and family. I am the healthiest, fittest, and strongest shape of my life, it’s also instilled incredible discipline! I have also made amazing friends along the way!!! Again, not only am I hooked! It’s truly my Happy place!!!

I’m only on my first week of being a F45 member and I’m pretty sure I’m hooked. I needed a reset and just overall motivation and I already feel pumped. The coaches have been so helpful in my first week showing ways to modify on excercises I am not able to do all the way yet. Love this F45 gym! I joined over a year ago and attend classes mostly 5 days per week – and I never get tired of the routine because it changes all the time! Some days are cardio some days are strength and some days offer both with intense compound movements. The staff is amazing – really happy people who motivate you to try harder heavier and faster. This gym is literally everything I needed. The coaches are so attentive. They help me modify exercises so I can accomplish my goals with out hurting myself. They correct my form and push me to try my best every day. It’s 45 minutes of guided work outs. And I finish feeling tired, sore and accomplished but so happy and proud of myself. If you want to start working out but don’t know where to start I HIGHLY recommend f45 Cooper City. LOVE MY COACHES AND LOVE MY F45 FAMILY!!!

I was never the type of person that enjoyed going to the gym and worked out, in fact I tried multiple “regular” gyms and it just wasn’t my thing, I also tried different workout classes and they were just so hard to follow. I remember the first time I went to a F45 class I left very shocked to see how easy it was to follow the routines, besides you have the instructors/coaches there to help you if you get lost. On top of that…if somebody had said a year ago, that I would workout consistently 5 days a week at 5:15 in the morning, I would have told them that they were crazy. Well I guess after 4 years I should write a review. This gym is everything I ever dreamed of, and by “dreamed of” I mean “fueled a recurring nightmare about.” Imagine a nightclub for people who forgot they were there to sweat, not strut. The music is a glorious cacophony of grunts, clangs, and the occasional Britney Spears song for cardio day. A fascinating mix of people who look like they could bench press a small car and people like me who huff and puff walking on the treadmill like a hamster on a wheel. This gym is hilarious, not intimidating, and definitely effective. I may not be leaving looking like the cover of a fitness magazine, but I’m pretty sure I can now outrun a small dog. Overall, 5 stars! Just loosen up, embrace the weird, and you’ll be sculpted (or at least mildly toned) in no time.
