They regularly arrange special events (outside/beach workouts, team BBQ, participation in 5-10km runs, Spartan Race, etc.) for those who like to join (no pressure!).Workouts are diverse, short but effective to motivational music – 100% fun factor!

I have been working out 🏋🏻‍♀️ weight lifting for 5 years. After 2 years of Covid and lots of alone workout I got tired and needed people, creativity, motivation and lose a few extra Xmas kg. Six weeks later I can say this was so far the best choice of 2023. I am pushed and motivated to workout 4-5 times a week, I feel safe under the supervision of Head coach El and his team. What can I say? Joining F45 has completely changed my life! Ever since my baby girl was born, I felt the need to get in shape and live healthier; mainly for her. Joining F45 was part of this plan. But what I learned there is that getting in shape is not a goal, it is a way of life. And the cherry of top of the cake is the community you find yourself belonging to. A wonderful group of lovely spirits, motivating each other to do better and get one more step closer towards a better life style. Worth every penny spent, highly recommended.

You won’t find a place anywhere with the energy you have in F45. The coaches are passionate about what they do, they guide you towards your goals. I always struggled to keep a consistent exercise routine, but after working out there I found my passion. They offer not only training but a community of amazing people, outdoor activities and motivate you to join events to test your progress. If i could, I would give it a 10 not a 5.

One of the best fitness center in Brussels!!! If you are looking to push yourself and take up your fitness to next level, then this is a place for You.. I absolutely love working out with F45.. it helped me a lot to focus on my fitness goals.. The trainers are amazing! Always there to motivate you and push you harder when you need it. The body scans, Meal prep options in the app are an absolute added benefits when you are a member of F45.. Overall it s a great place and I enjoy my workouts every day as it s challenging every time..
