What can you expect? The HYROX Signature Series is broken up into three phases; focused on laying the foundation, increasing endurance + building strength, and perfecting overall movement patterns required for HYROX.
PHASE ONE

The first phase is all about laying a strong foundation. Focusing on increasing your overall endurance and building general strength. You’ll also work on perfecting the fundamental movement patterns required for HYROX. Expect mainly time-based workouts with progressively increasing work periods and decreasing rest intervals, designed to boost your stamina and prepare your body for the challenges ahead.
PHASE TWO

The second phase develops the skills and knowledge crucial for HYROX’s success. Workouts will start incorporating specific rep targets and movement-focused goals. Members will gain a clearer understanding of pacing, identifying strengths, and pinpoint the movements that need improvement. This phase is key to grasping the demands of each HYROX station and refining the technique.
PHASE 3

The third phase focuses on getting race ready. The intensity of your workouts will ramp up significantly. These weeks are dedicated to practicing HYROX-specific movements and increasing overall workout intensity to get you into peak race condition. You’ll simulate race scenarios and push your limits, ensuring that you are fully prepared both physically and mentally for race day.
