
HOW TO ENTER
- Complete the workout challenge in your F45 studio between May 5–10
- Film the entire workout in one continuous take
- Timer must be visible in the shot
- Clearly show weights used at the start
- Introduce yourself and your studio at the beginning
- Record Scores in the F45 Training App

WHO CAN ENTER
- All F45 members, coaches, and studio owners
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must complete the qualifier at an F45 studio
- Must submit results via the F45 Training App and through the official submission link
- Must be able to attend the Red Bull Rancher Strong event on Saturday, June 7, in Fort Worth, Texas
- Athletes should be comfortable lifting the listed weights and performing all movements to standard
- The top 50 male and female performing scores will be entered into a random draw. Our team will review videos to confirm eligibility and accuracy
- Entries close Sunday, May 12th, 12 PM CT
- Winners announced Wednesday, May 14 @ 10 AM CT
- You’ll have 48 hours to accept otherwise, the prize gets passed on

RANCHER STRONG EXERCISES
May 5 – May 10
The F45 Training community, including franchisees, coaches, and members, will have the chance to enter by completing and videoing 6 ranch-style performance exercises, logging their scores under “Assessments” in the F45 Training App, and completing the official submission form.
Format: Complete all 6 stations in order.
60 seconds per station – score as many reps as possible.
20 seconds transition between stations.
Your total score = total reps across all stations
Set machine to 60-second countdown
Damper: 7
1 rep = 1 calorie
Dumbbells: 15kg/33lbs (men) / 10kg/22lbs (women)
Box Height: Medium Softbox 24” (men) / Low Softbox 20” (women)
Rep = Stand on one side of the box, step up to have both feet on the box, then both feet land on the opposite side
You must step — no jumps.
Rep = Start at the bottom, arms extended, Chin needs to clear the bar at the top + full arm extension at the bottom to complete rep
No kip or momentum. Strict form only. No dropping from top or midway
Dumbbells: 30kg/66lbs (men) / 20kg/44lbs (women)
Rep = One 10m length with both feet crossing the line
No dropping. If dropped, restart from last completed line
Sled Load: 100kg/230lbs (men) / 75kg/165lbs (women)
Rep = One 10m rope pull (feet planted) or one 10m push
No walking back with the rope for the pull – feet stay planted
DBs 2 x 20kg/44lbs men | 2 x 15kgs/33lbs women
Movement must start from ground and end with arms locked out overhead
1 rep = successful lift from ground to overhead. Can be a clean and press or snatch
