I cannot say enough positive things about F45 Strip District. First and foremost, this is the only gym I have consistently attended for over a year straight (without taking long breaks). The workouts are challenging but modifiable/doable. The coaches and community are so down to earth and friendly. I’ve never once felt intimidated or put off by the people here. The facilities are always clean and the music is always spot on. Lastly, the owner goes above and beyond to make sure her members are getting what they want out of f45. These 45 minutes are often the highlight of my day! You will not be disappointed.

I often would go to the gym a little lost not really knowing what to do. My daughter brought me to F45 and all I can say is wow! In 45 minutes you get an insane workout. You don’t even have to think, the whole workout is already set. The technology they use makes it simple and easy to follow. In addition the staff and coaches are amazing and encouraging. Give it a try you will not regret it.

Absolutely love F45! The facility is clean and well kept and the staff has absolute fire energy! The workouts are thoroughly explained and the equipment is easy to use and TVs so you can follow. I love that I can go in and get a great workout in 45 min! The workouts are challenging but but do-able and constantly changing so there’s always a new challenge. The ownership and management sets F45 above the rest because you truly feel cared about. I have some bad joints and each instructor always thoughtfully provides me with modifications and checks in to make sure I’m pushing myself within my physical limits. This is a life changing gym and a phenomenal community. If you’re in the Pittsburgh area and looking for a gym to call home, F45 is it!
