The workouts are challenging, and but you can make them as hard or easy as you need to based on your fitness level. The best part is the instructors. Unlike other group workout sessions that I’ve done they actually will come around and encourage you individually and correct your form to make sure that you were doing the exercises properly and don’t injure yourself. I have several old sports injuries that limit my range of motion, and they are always accommodating to me and help me come up with alternative exercises to do if I’m not physically capable of doing what is on the program.
