F45 TUSKAWILLA

This gym is amazing! The workouts are tough and efficient. Coaches are excellent, they take the time to make sure you’re doing things correctly. Owners are always around and super helpful. F45 Tuscawilla is a great workout and a great environment, I highly recommend!

What an amazing exercise studio! I started going here in January 2022 and have enjoyed every class. Amazing owners, great instructors, and a wonderful supportive community.

If I could, I’d give this gym 10 stars! Before joining F45 Tuskawilla, I was struggling to find the right gym for me. I was lacking motivation and missing the competitiveness and camaraderie that I once had while playing sports. F45’s workouts are challenging but SO rewarding and you have coaches and friends pushing you every step of the way! ❤️💙

I can’t say enough about the F45 Tuskawilla Gym. The coaches are Great, the classes cover every part of your body & if u have a problem in a certain area they can give an alternate action. I’m pushing 75 and I am no muscle lady but I definitely want to keep moving & enjoy life to its fullest. I personally go early morning and when I leave I feel Great !! Try it … You’ll love it !

The only thing you’ll regret is not starting sooner. As a mom, it’s hard to find the time to get a work out in because you have so many things to do on any given day. I’ve tried every app and even bought a Peloton because I thought if I had equipment in my home if would make it easier. It didn’t. Physically going somewhere is what works for me. The class times are early enough in the morning that I can workout and be home when my kids wake up. I love that all I have to do is show up. The workout is effective, fun, and different every single time. I never get bored. It’s transformative both physically and mentally. Can’t recommend F45 Tuskawilla enough. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This gym is absolutely amazing. The style of work outs (although challenging), can be done by anyone with the help of the trainers. Modifications are always available and the owners have made this gym so accepting and fun; It feels like a second family. I highly recommend it, especially if you want help with accountability. It’s the place to go!
