I’ve absolutely loved f45. I was hardly doing any exercise before, so it’s been really helpful having sessions where I don’t have to think – I can just turn up and get cracking. No time wasting, 45 minutes of solid work. The first few sessions were tough, but they are very addictive! Everyone at Blackhorse lane are very friendly, and the results I’ve felt after 10 sessions have been amazing. Would recommend to everyone.

Best gym ever. Great trainers, great members with no show off attitude and lovely puppies. Suitable for any level, I had not been active in the last year or so and felt very welcomed here. It has a nice community feel to it too which helps if you are new to the area like myself.

The classes are awesome, I really like how they’re organised and the booking system via their app makes it super easy to attend.
