1. Why did you sign up to the F45 Challenge?
Well to be completely honest I wasn’t going to, but what motivated me was the passing of my old brother due to mental health because I understand how important it is to stay active as it helps with mental focus. Plus I just wanted to change my life around. Not that it was bad or anything
2. What kept you motivated throughout the 8 weeks?
My older brother was my biggest motivation of course, however, seeing everyone smashing out an F45 session only made me want it more and more. I always strive to be the hardest worker in the room which I felt I did so. It also makes it a lot easier when your BETTER half is doing it right alongside you.
3. What advice would you give to the next Challenger?
To be honest, my advice is quite irrelevant because everyone comes in different shapes, sizes and form because at the end of the day what worked for me may not work for you! To be honest I would just find something with a greater and deeper meaning which will help motivate you more and more every day to get the end result.
4. What was your favourite thing about the F45 Challenge?
My favorite part about the challenge would have to be the bonding time and relationships you gain as an F45 member. Smashing out a session than having a good old yarn at the end of it. Not to mention I do enjoy the workouts.
5. What part about the Challenge did you find most challenging and how did you push through it?
The last phase was the most challenging for myself as I was faced with multiple plateaus which made it very difficult for myself to get past my goal weight. What pushed me through was definitely the amount of support I had from behind me from my partner, coaching staff, family and friends.
