F45 in Fulshear is a great functional training center, especially if you are interested in high-intensity workouts but sometimes find it difficult to be motivated to work out. The trainers work with you personally, and if you tell them your name once, they’ll always remember.

Recently joined Fulshear F45 and love the feel of the gym, trainers and workouts. I have previously worked out at other F45 gyms and I love the proximity to my house. It is a great workout program to get back into shape, mentally it is so helpful to know all you need to do is show up, they will work you hard for 45 min and it will all be over and work out completed for the day ✅

Absolutely love f45. Can’t see my day starting any other way. I’ve been a loyal member since this location opened in 2021. My advice to anyone is just show up. Dont count the minutes seconds even days or months. Make it a routine and the rest will follow. Your body deserves the best version of you and this place will get you there. “

Have been a regular at F45 Fulshear since Dec. 2025. I work out with people much younger than me (see pic!) The people F45 attracts are great!I have tried “Body Pump”. bootcamps, and personal trainers to try to get stronger but always ended up with injuries – Not at F45 Fulshear!!!! I am 55+ and really enjoy the attention, the watchful eye of the coaches at this location. I cannot say enough about how great this place is! It’s clean, loads of parking and they have lots of times that work for my schedule.Best of all, I see the difference in my muscle tone. Who says you can’t build muscle when you’re older? Come check out this place, you will LOVE it! “
