I began attending F45 in May, 2023. The team here has always made me feel welcome and supported. As someone who has never tried weights or CrossFit, I was nervous. I felt comfortable from day one. The team helps you to develop good posture and technique to avoid injury. I feel great! My back pain is now almost non-existent, and my running has improved dramatically. Functional training is not CrossFit. I wholeheartedly recommend F45.

The trainers are phenomenal and this is my fave thing about them: Devon- best playlists, Jon- best encouragement, Alex- best greetings, Ashlyn- best at pushing me. I love how you can be as involved in the F45 community as you want and they’ll treat you the same (something I’ve never experienced at other places). I’ve been able to be the most consistent coming to F45 (sometimes 7 days a week) because of how the workouts are structured you’re never doing the same thing. I highly recommend this place.

Love the strength classes at F45! At the beginning of each session, the instructor demonstrates each exercise students will perform during class and then ensures flat screen TV’s throughout the studio show a model do the exercises. No mirrors in the studio is psychologically helpful – students don’t get distracted by how they look, but instead, focus on how they feel. Athletes of all ages and fitness levels are welcome and encouraged to do their best. I’ve been a regular member now for a little bit over a year and definitely feel a lot stronger and happier. Highly recommend!!!

I’ve been going to F45 for a while now, and it’s honestly one of the best workout classes I’ve tried. Every session is high-energy, well-structured, and different enough to keep things interesting.
