F45 TRAINING C51 WEEKLY PRIZE GIVEAWAY

OFFICIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

UNITED STATES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. NO F45 TRAINING MEMBERSHIP IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.

  1. Sponsor and Promoter

This promotion is sponsored, promoted and administered by F45 Training Inc., a Delaware corporation whose registered business address is 3601 South Congress Avenue, Building E, Austin, Texas 78704, United States of America (the „Sponsor“, „F45 Training“, „we“, „us“ or „our“).

The Sponsor is the sole provider of the prizes described in Section 7, except where a prize is supplied by a third-party partner identified in that Section.

Questions about this promotion should be directed to [email protected].

  1. Agreement to These Terms; Independent Promotion

By entering the C51 Weekly Prize Giveaway, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Terms and Conditions (the „Terms“) and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion. Entrants who do not agree should not enter.

IMPORTANT: The C51 Weekly Prize Giveaway is a separate and independent promotion from the C51 Grand Prize Draw. The two promotions have different entry requirements, different entry forms, different qualifying periods, different draws and different prizes, and each is conducted under its own separate official rules. Entry into one is not entry into the other, and these Terms do not apply to the C51 Grand Prize Draw. The rules for that promotion are available at https://f45training.com/terms-conditions-f45-challenge-grand-prize/.

These Terms operate in addition to F45 Training’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, available at https://f45training.com/f45-challenge/ and https://f45training.com/privacy-policy/, which are incorporated by reference. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any advertising or promotional material for this promotion, these Terms prevail.

  1. Promotion Period

The C51 Weekly Prize Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time on Monday, 5 October 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on Sunday, 8 November 2026 (the „Promotion Period“).

The Promotion Period is divided into five (5) Weekly Qualifying Periods. Each Weekly Qualifying Period has its own separate draw, its own prize or prizes and its own entries. Entries relate to one Weekly Qualifying Period only and do not carry over to any other. The Weekly Qualifying Periods and draw dates are set out in the table in Section 7.

All entries must be received during the Promotion Period and, to qualify for a draw, on or before the closing time for that draw. The Sponsor’s system clock is the official time-keeping device for this promotion.

  1. Eligibility

To be eligible, an entrant must, at the time of entry:

(a)be eighteen (18) years of age or older; and

(b)be a legal resident of, and physically located in, one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia.

This promotion is void in Puerto Rico, Guam, the United States Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands and all other United States territories and possessions, and everywhere else it is prohibited or restricted by law.

An F45 Training membership is required only to enter by the method described in Section 6.1. No membership, no payment and no purchase of any kind is required to enter by the free method described in Section 6.2, which is open to every eligible person.

The Sponsor may require proof of age, identity and residence at any time and may disqualify any entrant who cannot provide it. This promotion is void wherever it is prohibited or restricted by law.

  1. Employee and Affiliate Exclusion

Employees, officers, directors, members, trainers, instructors, contractors, agents and representatives of the Sponsor and of its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, franchisees, studios, prize suppliers and distributors, and of its advertising, promotion, fulfilment and judging agencies, together with the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child or sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) and household members (whether related or not) of each of the foregoing, are not eligible to enter or win.

  1. How to Enter

There are two (2) ways to obtain an entry into a weekly draw. Entries obtained by either method are pooled together and carry equal weight in the random draw for the relevant Weekly Qualifying Period. No purchase, payment or F45 Training membership is necessary to enter or win, and none of them will improve an entrant’s chance of winning. The maximum number of entries available under each method is the same: five (5), one for each Weekly Qualifying Period.

6.1  Entry Method A — C51 Challenge registration and two (2) classes in the week

Register for the C51 Challenge in the F45 Training app on or before 11:59 p.m. Central Time on Monday, 12 October 2026. Registration for the C51 Challenge is free of charge and is open to current F45 Training members. Registration alone does not give an entry into this promotion.

An entrant who has registered for the C51 Challenge and who completes two (2) Eligible Classes within a Weekly Qualifying Period receives one (1) entry into the draw for that Weekly Qualifying Period. Completing more than two (2) Eligible Classes in a Weekly Qualifying Period does not give any additional entry.

An „Eligible Class“ is an F45 Training class booked and attended by the entrant, in person, at a participating F45 Training studio, and recorded as attended in the F45 Training app. Attendance is tracked through the F45 Training app and the Sponsor’s records of attendance are final and binding.

The maximum number of entries obtainable under this Section 6.1 is five (5) — one (1) for each of the five (5) Weekly Qualifying Periods.

6.2  Entry Method B — Free entry, no purchase or membership necessary

Complete and submit the online entry form HERE, providing all information requested. Each valid submission gives one (1) entry into the draw for the Weekly Qualifying Period during which the submission is received.

A person may submit the form once per Weekly Qualifying Period, giving a maximum of five (5) entries — the same maximum available under Section 6.1. A submission received during a Weekly Qualifying Period is entered into the draw for that period only.

This method requires no purchase, payment, subscription, membership or attendance of any kind, and no F45 Training app account and no social media account is required. Entries obtained by this method are pooled with entries obtained under Section 6.1 before any draw is conducted, are drawn on exactly the same basis, and are eligible for exactly the same prizes.

6.3  Entry limitations

(a) Maximum of five (5) entries per person for the whole of the Promotion Period, however obtained, and a maximum of one (1) entry per person in any single Weekly Qualifying Period.

(b) An entry relates to one Weekly Qualifying Period only. Entries do not accumulate and are not carried forward into any later draw.

(c) Entries must be submitted personally by the entrant. Entries generated by script, macro, bot or any automated or bulk means are void.

(d) Use of multiple accounts, identities, email addresses or telephone numbers to enter will void all of that person’s entries.

(e) Entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, garbled, late or not received for any reason are void.

(f) The Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or not received owing to technical failure, network congestion or any other cause outside its reasonable control.

6.4  One weekly prize per person

An entrant may win no more than one (1) prize in this promotion. Once an entrant has been drawn as a winner, all of that entrant’s entries are removed from every remaining Weekly Qualifying Period draw.

Winning a prize in this promotion does not affect an entrant’s eligibility for the C51 Grand Prize Draw, which is a separate promotion with its own entries and its own draw.

  1. Prizes

Twelve (12) prizes are available to be won across five (5) weekly draws, with a total approximate retail value („ARV“) of US$3,846.50. Each prize listed against a Weekly Qualifying Period is awarded to a separate winner, drawn sequentially in that period’s draw.

All values are stated in United States dollars and are the approximate retail value at the time these Terms were prepared. The HYROX race entry does not include travel, accommodation, race-day expenses or any qualification requirement imposed by the race organiser. The travel credit is a credit toward travel booked through the supplier nominated by the Sponsor and is subject to that supplier’s terms and expiry date.

7.1  Prize conditions

(a) No substitution, transfer, assignment or cash equivalent will be permitted except by the Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable or cannot lawfully be awarded in the winner’s jurisdiction.

(b) All costs and expenses not expressly described as included in a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

(c) A prize is awarded to the named winner only and may not be redeemed by any other person.

7.2  Odds of winning

The odds of winning a prize in any Weekly Qualifying Period depend on the total number of eligible entries received for that period. Neither the Sponsor nor any other person can predict that number in advance.

No purchase, payment or membership is necessary and none of them improves an entrant’s chance of winning. A person entering free of charge under Section 6.2 may obtain the same maximum number of entries — five (5), one per Weekly Qualifying Period — as a person entering under Section 6.1. Entries obtained free of charge are pooled with all other entries before any draw is conducted and have an identical chance of being selected.

  1. Winner Selection

Each draw will be conducted by the Sponsor at 3601 South Congress Avenue, Building E, Austin, Texas 78704, United States of America, on the date shown in the table in Section 7, at 10:00 a.m. Central Time on that date. Each draw is a random draw conducted by computerised random selection from among all eligible entries for that draw, so that every eligible entry has a random and equal chance of being selected.

Where a Weekly Qualifying Period has more than one prize, the prizes are drawn in the order listed in the table in Section 7 and a separate winner is drawn for each. Only entries relating to that Weekly Qualifying Period are included in that draw.

The decisions of the Sponsor in relation to all matters concerning the draws are final and binding, subject to any right of review conferred by law or by a regulator.

  1. Winner Notification, Verification and Announcement

(a) Each potential winner will be notified no more than two (2) business days after the relevant draw, using the contact details supplied at entry, by email and (where an Instagram handle was supplied) by Instagram direct message from @f45training.

(b) Each potential winner must respond to the notification within three (3) business days.

(c) Before a prize is released, the potential winner must execute and return a declaration of eligibility, a liability release and (except where prohibited by law) a publicity release, together with any tax documentation required by Section 10, within five (5) business days of the date the documents are sent.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the time allowed, is found to be ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to return the required documents, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be drawn at random from among the remaining eligible entries for that draw, time permitting.

The winner of each weekly draw will be announced via email within five (5) business days of the relevant draw. Only the winner’s first name, last initial and state of residence will be published.

  1. Taxes

All prizes are taxable. The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, levies and reporting obligations arising from receipt of a prize.

No single prize in this promotion has a value of US$2,000 or more. However, where the total value of prizes awarded to the same winner by the Sponsor in the 2026 calendar year reaches US$2,000 or more — including any prize won in the C51 Grand Prize Draw — the Sponsor is required to report the prizes to the Internal Revenue Service on IRS Form 1099-MISC, and that winner must supply a completed IRS Form W-9 with a valid Social Security Number or Taxpayer Identification Number before the prize is released.

The Sponsor does not provide tax advice. Entrants should consult their own tax adviser about the consequences of entering or winning.

  1. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent to the Sponsor’s use of their name, city and state of residence, likeness, photograph, voice, image, social media handle and any statements they make about this promotion, for advertising, promotional and publicity purposes, in all media now known or later devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further notice, review, approval or compensation.

  1. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this promotion is collected by the Sponsor and used to administer it — to verify eligibility and class attendance, conduct the draws, contact and verify winners, deliver prizes, announce results and meet the Sponsor’s record-keeping obligations — and otherwise in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://f45training.com/privacy-policy/.

Personal information collected in connection with this promotion is stored and processed in the United States.

Entrants may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information, or withdraw a consent, by contacting [email protected].

Personal information collected through the free entry form is collected for this promotion only. Entry does not subscribe an entrant to any marketing communication; any marketing consent is sought separately and is not a condition of entry.

  1. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify this promotion, or any part of it, if fraud, technical failure or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs its integrity or proper functioning, subject to any approval required by a regulator.

The Sponsor may disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of this promotion, misrepresenting class attendance, acting in breach of these Terms, or acting in a disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

Any attempt deliberately to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  1. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, each entrant releases and agrees to hold harmless the Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, franchisees and studios, each prize supplier, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, trainers, instructors, contractors and agents (together, the „Released Parties“), from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damage, injury, illness, cost or expense arising out of or in connection with participation in this promotion, attendance at any class, or the acceptance, receipt, possession, use or misuse of a prize.

The Released Parties are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, server, network or telephone failures; lost, interrupted or unavailable connections; garbled or jumbled transmissions; or any entry that is late, lost, misdirected or not received.

Participation in F45 Training classes is physical activity undertaken at the entrant’s own risk and remains subject to the relevant F45 Training studio’s separate membership terms and waiver. Nothing in this promotion requires or encourages any entrant to train beyond their own physical capacity, and an entrant should not attend a class against medical advice in order to qualify for an entry.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above may not apply to every entrant.

  1. Disputes and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Each entrant submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes arising out of or connected with this promotion will be resolved individually and not by class action; that any recovery will be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in entering, excluding attorneys‘ fees; and that no punitive, incidental or consequential damages may be awarded. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to every entrant.

  1. Meta (Instagram and Facebook) Release

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram or Facebook. Entrants provide their information to the Sponsor, not to Meta. By entering, each entrant completely releases Meta, Instagram and Facebook from any and all liability arising out of or relating to this promotion. Entrants are also bound by Instagram’s and Facebook’s respective Terms of Use.

No method of entry requires an entrant to share content on a personal timeline, to tag another person, to repost promotional content, or to take any other action that Meta’s promotion guidelines prohibit. No Instagram or Facebook account is required to enter.

  1. United States Regulatory Matters

17.1  Registration and bonding

The total announced value of the prizes in this promotion is US$3,846.50. That amount does not exceed US$5,000, and registration and bonding under article 24-A of the New York General Business Law and under section 849.094 of the Florida Statutes are accordingly not required for this promotion.

The C51 Grand Prize Draw is a separate promotion with its own entry requirements, its own entries, its own draw and its own prize pool, and its prize values do not form part of the announced value of the prizes in this promotion.

17.2  Entry channels

Every method of entry into this promotion is conducted online. No entry, entry form or game piece is offered, distributed or accepted at or through any F45 Training studio or other retail premises.

  1. Winner List

To request the name of a winner, email [email protected] or write to F45 Training Inc., Attn: C51 Winner List, 3601 South Congress Avenue, Building E, Austin, Texas 78704, United States of America, by 31 March 2027.

  1. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, that provision will be severed to the extent of the invalidity or unenforceability in that jurisdiction only, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

No failure or delay by the Sponsor in exercising a right under these Terms operates as a waiver of that right.

OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF CANADA WHO HAVE REACHED THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN THEIR PROVINCE OR TERRITORY OF RESIDENCE. CORRECT ANSWER TO A MATHEMATICAL SKILL-TESTING QUESTION REQUIRED. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

  1. Sponsor and Promoter

This promotion is sponsored, promoted and administered by F45 Training Canada Limited whose registered business address is 3601 South Congress Avenue, Building E, Austin, Texas 78704, United States of America (the „Sponsor“, „F45 Training“, „we“, „us“ or „our“).

The rules for that promotion are available at https://f45training.com/terms-conditions-f45-challenge-grand-prize/

Eastern Time on Monday, 5 October 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on Sunday, 8 November 2026 (the „Promotion Period“).

(a) have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence — eighteen (18) years in Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec and Saskatchewan, and nineteen (19) years in British Columbia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, the Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon; and

(b) be a legal resident of, and physically located in, Canada.

This promotion is open to residents of all Canadian provinces and territories, including Quebec.

Eastern Time on Monday, 12 October 2026.

  1. Prizes

Seven (7) prizes are available to be won across five (5) weekly draws, with a total approximate retail value („ARV“) of C$3,035. Each prize listed against a Weekly Qualifying Period is awarded to a separate winner, drawn sequentially in that period’s draw. The prizes are allocated to Canada and are drawn from the Canadian entry pool only; entries received in other countries do not compete for these prizes.

Approximate retail values are stated in Canadian dollars. Values converted from United States dollars use an indicative rate of US$1.00 = C$1.379 as at 11 September 2026; actual retail values will vary with prevailing retail prices and exchange rates.

(c) Before a prize is awarded, the potential winner must correctly answer, unaided and within the time allowed, the mathematical skill-testing question described in Section 17.1.

(d) Before a prize is released, the potential winner must execute and return a declaration of eligibility, a liability release and (except where prohibited by law) a publicity release, together with any tax documentation required by Section 10, within five (5) business days of the date the documents are sent.

Only the winner’s first name, last initial and province or territory of residence will be published, and only with that winner’s consent.

  1. Taxes

The Sponsor does not withhold tax from any prize. Each winner is solely responsible for determining and meeting any federal, provincial or territorial tax or reporting obligation that may arise from receipt of a prize, including any obligation arising because the prize is connected with the winner’s business or employment.

The Sponsor does not provide tax advice. Entrants should consult their own tax adviser about the consequences of entering or winning.

  1. Publicity Release

Acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent to the Sponsor’s use of their name, city and province or territory of residence, likeness, photograph, voice, image, social media handle and any statements they make about this promotion, for advertising, promotional and publicity purposes, in all media now known or later devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further notice, review, approval or compensation. This consent is obtained separately and in writing from each winner before any such use, by means of the publicity release referred to in Section 9.

Personal information collected in connection with this promotion is transferred to, stored in and processed in the United States, whose data protection laws differ from those of Canada, and may be accessible to United States courts, law enforcement and regulatory authorities. The Sponsor has contractual measures in place intended to give that information a comparable level of protection.

The Sponsor’s handling of personal information is subject to the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act and, in respect of Quebec residents, to the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector as amended by Quebec’s Law 25. Quebec residents have the rights of access, rectification, withdrawal of consent, de-indexation and data portability conferred by that legislation.

  1. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify this promotion, or any part of it, if fraud, technical failure or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs its integrity or proper functioning, subject to any approval required by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee or remedy conferred by applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Protection Act (Quebec), that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

  1. Disputes and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in that province, without regard to conflict of law principles. Each entrant submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario.

Nothing in this Section limits the right of a Quebec resident to bring proceedings before the courts of Quebec where article 3149 of the Civil Code of Québec so provides, or any other mandatory right of a consumer that cannot lawfully be waived.

Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes arising out of or connected with this promotion will be resolved individually and not by class action; that any recovery will be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in entering, excluding legal fees; and that no punitive, incidental or consequential damages may be awarded. This paragraph does not apply to the extent that a class action waiver is unenforceable under applicable provincial law.

  1. Canadian Regulatory Matters

17.1  Mathematical skill-testing question

Before being declared a winner and before any prize is awarded, each potential winner must correctly answer, without assistance of any kind and within five (5) minutes of the question being put to them, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question requiring the application of addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. One (1) attempt is permitted.

A potential winner who does not answer the question correctly, or who does not answer within the time allowed, forfeits the prize, and an alternate winner may be drawn at random from among the remaining eligible entries for that draw, time permitting. This requirement applies to every prize in this promotion.

17.2  Quebec and the French language

This promotion is open to residents of Quebec. A French-language version of these Terms, of the short-form rules, of the entry form and of all advertising directed at Quebec is available below on terms at least as favourable as the English version.

In the case of any inconsistency between the English and French versions of these Terms, the French version governs in respect of entrants resident in Quebec and the English version governs in respect of all other entrants.

17.3  Disclosure

The number and approximate retail value of the prizes, the region to which they are allocated, the method by which winners are selected, the closing date of this promotion and the facts affecting the chances of winning are disclosed in Sections 3, 6, 7 and 8. These Terms are available free of charge, without purchase and without the provision of any personal information.

The C51 Grand Prize Draw is a separate promotion with its own entries, its own draw and its own prizes. Its prizes are disclosed in its own official rules and do not form part of the prizes disclosed in these Terms.

WHERE A PARTICIPATING STUDIO CHARGES FOR THE C51 CHALLENGE, THAT CHARGE IS THE STUDIO’S ORDINARY PRICE FOR THE PROGRAMME AND NO PART OF IT IS A FEE FOR THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE. OPEN ONLY TO RESIDENTS OF SINGAPORE WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

  1. Sponsor and Promoter

This promotion is promoted in Singapore by F45 Training Asia Private Limited (the „Promoter“), and is administered by F45 Training Inc., a Delaware corporation whose registered business address is 3601 South Congress Avenue, Building E, Austin, Texas 78704, United States of America (the „Sponsor“, „F45 Training“, „we“, „us“ or „our“). The Sponsor is the entity conducting this promotion under the class licence referred to in Section 17.1.

The two promotions have different entry requirements, different qualifying periods, different draws and different prizes, and each is conducted under its own separate official rules. Entry into one is not entry into the other, and these Terms do not apply to the C51 Grand Prize Draw. The rules for that promotion are available at [https://f45training.com/terms-conditions-f45-challenge-grand-prize/.

Singapore Standard Time (SGT) on Monday, 5 October 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Singapore Standard Time (SGT) on Sunday, 8 November 2026 (the „Promotion Period“).

(a) be eighteen (18) years of age or older; and

(b) be a legal resident of, and physically located in, the Republic of Singapore.

Entry into this promotion requires registration for the C51 Challenge, as described in Section 6. The C51 Challenge is a fitness programme offered by participating F45 Training studios. A participating studio may charge for the C51 Challenge; any such charge is that studio’s ordinary price for the programme and is payment for the services supplied. No separate fee is charged for entry into this promotion, no part of the price of the C51 Challenge is a charge for the right to enter or to win, and the price of the C51 Challenge is not increased by reason of this promotion.

Entries into a weekly draw are obtained as described in Section 6.1, and the maximum number of entries available is five (5) — one (1) for each Weekly Qualifying Period. No separate entry fee is charged for this promotion. Where a participating studio charges for the C51 Challenge, that charge is the studio’s ordinary price for the programme, is payment for the services supplied, and is not increased by reason of this promotion.

6.1  Entry — C51 Challenge registration and two (2) classes in the week

Register for the C51 Challenge in the F45 Training app on or before 11:59 p.m. Singapore Standard Time (SGT) on Monday, 12 October 2026. The C51 Challenge is a fitness programme offered by participating F45 Training studios, and a participating studio may charge for it at that studio’s ordinary price for the programme.

6.2  Entry limitations

6.3  One weekly prize per person

An entrant may win no more than one (1) prize in this promotion. Once an entrant has been drawn as a winner, all of that entrant’s entries are removed from every remaining Weekly Qualifying Period draw.

Winning a prize in this promotion does not affect an entrant’s eligibility for the C51 Grand Prize Draw, which is a separate promotion with its own entries and its own draw.

  1. Prizes

Eight (8) prizes are available to be won across five (5) weekly draws, with a total approximate retail value („ARV“) of S$3,432 plus the value of the Week 5 prize. Each prize listed against a Weekly Qualifying Period is awarded to a separate winner, drawn sequentially in that period’s draw. The prizes are allocated to Singapore and are drawn from the Singapore entry pool only.

Weekly Qualifying Period Entries close Draw date Prize Approx. retail value
Week 1 · 5–11 Oct 11 Oct 2026 13 Oct 2026 Two (2) Reebok merchandise bundles, each comprising an F45 hooded sweatshirt, shirt, and Nano footwear S$355 each; S$710 total

Approximate retail values are stated in Singapore dollars. Values converted from United States dollars use an indicative rate of US$1.00 = S$1.2668 as at 11 September 2026; actual retail values will vary with prevailing retail prices and exchange rates.

No prize consists of, or includes, any age-restricted product.

7.2  Odds of winning

The odds of winning a prize in any Weekly Qualifying Period depend on the total number of eligible entries received for that period. Neither the Sponsor nor any other person can predict that number in advance.

No separate entry fee is charged and no payment increases an entrant’s chance of winning. Every entrant obtains entries on the same basis — one (1) entry for each Weekly Qualifying Period in which two (2) Eligible Classes are completed — and every eligible entry included in a draw has a random and equal chance of being selected.

(a) Each potential winner will be notified within two (2) business days of the relevant draw, using the contact details supplied at entry, by email and (where an Instagram handle was supplied) by Instagram direct message from @f45training.

(b) Each potential winner must respond to the notification within three (3) business days.

(c) Each potential winner will in any event be notified within seven (7) days of the relevant draw.

(d) Before a prize is released, the potential winner must execute and return a declaration of eligibility, a liability release and (except where prohibited by law) a publicity release, together with any tax documentation required by Section 10, within five (5) business days of the date the documents are sent.

Winners will be identified by name only; no identification number will be published.

  1. Taxes

The Sponsor does not withhold tax from any prize. Each winner is solely responsible for determining and meeting any tax or reporting obligation that may arise in Singapore or elsewhere from receipt of a prize.

The Sponsor does not provide tax advice. Entrants should consult their own tax adviser about the consequences of entering or winning.

  1. Publicity Release

Acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent to the Sponsor’s use of their name, likeness, photograph, voice, image, social media handle and any statements they make about this promotion, for advertising, promotional and publicity purposes, in all media now known or later devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further notice, review, approval or compensation. That consent is obtained separately and in writing from each winner by means of the publicity release referred to in Section 9, and is additional to the publication of results required by Section 17.4.

Personal information collected in connection with this promotion is transferred to, stored in and processed in the United States, whose data protection laws differ from those of Singapore. The Sponsor has contractual measures in place intended to ensure that the recipient provides a standard of protection comparable to that required by the Personal Data Protection Act 2012.

Entrants may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information, or withdraw a consent, by contacting [email protected].

Personal information collected in connection with entry is collected for this promotion only. Entry does not subscribe an entrant to any marketing communication; any marketing consent is sought separately and is not a condition of entry.

The Sponsor collects only the personal data reasonably necessary to administer this promotion. No national identification number is collected as part of entry. Where identity verification is required before a prize is released, any identification document is used only for that purpose, is not published, and is deleted once verification is complete.

Consent to receive marketing messages is sought separately, is not a condition of entry, and does not form part of the entry process. The Sponsor will check the Do Not Call Registry before sending any marketing message to a Singapore telephone number.

  1. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify this promotion, or any part of it, if fraud, technical failure or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs its integrity or proper functioning, subject to any approval required by law. Any such change will be published in the same manner as these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any liability, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under the laws of Singapore, including under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003 and the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.

  1. Disputes and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Each entrant submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes arising out of or connected with this promotion will be resolved individually and not by any form of representative or class proceeding, and that any recovery will be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in entering.

  1. Singapore Regulatory Matters

17.1  Class licence

This promotion is conducted in Singapore as a trade promotion lottery under the class licence created by the Gambling Control (Trade and Other Promotional Games and Lotteries — Class Licence) Order 2022 (S 660/2022), made under the Gambling Control Act 2022. No separate application to, or approval from, the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Singapore is required provided the conditions of the class licence are met.

No fee of any kind is charged for the right to participate in this promotion. In accordance with the class licence, the right to participate is dependent on the purchase of a service which is the subject of the promotion, namely the C51 Challenge. The C51 Challenge is sold by participating studios at each studio’s ordinary price for that programme, and no part of that price is a fee for the right to participate.

The C51 Grand Prize Draw is a separate promotion conducted under the same class licence, with its own entries, its own draw and its own prizes.

17.2  Disclosure of material information

In accordance with the conditions of the class licence, the Sponsor discloses before each draw: the name of the entity conducting this promotion (Section 1); the date, time and place of each draw (Sections 7 and 8); the rules of the promotion and the methodology used to determine each winner (Sections 6 and 8); the prizes available and how they are allocated (Section 7); how winners will be notified (Section 9); and how results will be publicised (Sections 9 and 17.4). This information accompanies all publicity for this promotion.

17.3  Records

The Sponsor will keep accurate records relating to this promotion, including records of each draw and of the prizes awarded, for a period of not less than five (5) years.

17.4  Publication of results

The results of each draw will be published on the Sponsor’s website for not less than two (2) months from the date of the relevant draw, and each winner will be notified within seven (7) days of being determined. Prizes will be given without undue delay following verification.

17.5  Advertising

No advertising or publicity for this promotion will contain, or make reference in any way to, any gambling article listed in the Second Schedule to the Order, including playing cards, dice, mahjong tiles, dominoes, roulette wheels or gaming machines.

  1. Winner List

To request the name of a winner, email [email protected] or write to F45 Training Inc., Attn: C51 Winner List, 3601 South Congress Avenue, Building E, Austin, Texas 78704, United States of America, by 31 March 2027. Results are also published in accordance with Section 17.4.

Questions about this promotion should be directed to [email protected].

  1. Agreement to These Terms; Independent Promotion

By entering the C51 Weekly Prize Giveaway – Week 1 (this „promotion“), each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Terms and Conditions (the „Terms“) and by the decisions of the Promoter/Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion. Entrants who do not agree should not enter.

IMPORTANT: The C51 Weekly Prize Giveaway – Week 1 is a separate and independent promotion from each of the other C51 Weekly Prize Giveaways (Weeks 2, 3, 4, 5) and from the C51 Grand Prize Draw. Each of those promotions has its own promotion period, its own entries, its own draw, its own prizes and its own separate official terms and conditions. Entry into one is not entry into any other, entries do not carry over from one promotion to another, and these Terms do not apply to any other promotion. The rules for the C51 Grand Prize Draw are available at https://f45training.com/terms-conditions-f45-challenge-grand-prize/.

The C51 Weekly Prize Giveaway – Week 1 begins at 12:00 a.m. Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) on Monday, 5 October 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) on Sunday, 11 October 2026 (the „Promotion Period“). One (1) draw will be conducted, on 13 October 2026.

All entries must be received during the Promotion Period. The Promoter/Sponsor’s system clock is the official time-keeping device for this promotion.

  1. Eligibility

To be eligible, an entrant must, at the time of entry:

(a)   be eighteen (18) years of age or older; and

(b)   be a legal resident of, and physically located in, Australia or New Zealand.

All times stated in these Terms are Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT). New Zealand entrants should note that AEDT is two (2) hours behind New Zealand Daylight Time; the closing time for this promotion is the AEDT time stated.

The Promoter/Sponsor may require proof of age, identity and residence at any time and may disqualify any entrant who cannot provide it. This promotion is void wherever it is prohibited or restricted by law.

  1. Employee and Affiliate Exclusion

Employees, officers, directors, members, trainers, instructors, contractors, agents and representatives of the Promoter/Sponsor and of its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, franchisees, studios, prize suppliers and distributors, and of its advertising, promotion, fulfilment and judging agencies, together with the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child or sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) and household members (whether related or not) of each of the foregoing, are not eligible to enter or win.

  1. How to Enter

Entries are obtained as described in Section 6.1, and the maximum number of entries available is one (1). No separate entry fee is charged for this promotion. Where a participating studio charges for the C51 Challenge, that charge is the studio’s ordinary price for the programme, is payment for the services supplied, and is not increased by reason of this promotion.

6.1 Entry — C51 Challenge registration and two (2) classes during the Promotion Period

Register for the C51 Challenge in the F45 Training app during the Promotion Period. The C51 Challenge is a fitness programme offered by participating F45 Training studios, and a participating studio may charge for it at that studio’s ordinary price for the programme. Registration alone does not give an entry into this promotion.

An entrant who has registered for the C51 Challenge and who completes two (2) Eligible Classes after they have registered for the C51 Challenge and during the Promotion Period receives one (1) entry into this promotion. Completing more than two (2) Eligible Classes during the Promotion Period does not give any additional entry, and classes completed outside the Promotion Period do not count towards this promotion.

An „Eligible Class“ is an F45 Training class booked and attended by the entrant, in person, at a participating F45 Training studio, and recorded as attended in the F45 Training app. Attendance is tracked through the F45 Training app and the Promoter/Sponsor’s records of attendance are final and binding. The entry is credited when the Promoter/Sponsor’s records show that the two (2) Eligible Classes have been completed.

6.2 Entry limitations

(a)   Maximum of one (1) entry per person, however obtained.

(b)   Entries obtained in any other C51 Weekly Prize Giveaway or in the C51 Grand Prize Draw are not entries in this promotion and are not carried into its draw.

(c)   Entries must be submitted personally by signing up for the C51 Challenge on F45’s app and signing up and completing the Eligible Classes through F45’s app and/or MindBody at the respective F45 Training Studio by the entrant.

(f)   The Promoter/Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or not received owing to technical failure, network congestion or any other cause outside its reasonable control.

6.3 One prize per person

An entrant may win no more than one (1) prize in this promotion.

Winning a prize in this promotion does not affect an entrant’s eligibility for the C51 Grand Prize Draw, which is a separate promotion with its own entries and its own draw.

  1. Prizes

Three (3) prizes are available to be won in this promotion, as set out in the table below. Each prize is awarded to a separate winner, drawn sequentially in the draw for this promotion. Entries from Australia and New Zealand are pooled into a single entry pool and compete for the same prizes. The total value of the prizes in this promotion is approximately A$1,166.

Promotion Entries close Draw date Prize Approx. retail value
Week 1 · 5–11 Oct 11 Oct 2026 13 Oct 2026 Three (3) Reebok merchandise bundles, each comprising an F45 hooded sweatshirt, shirt, and Nano footwear A$388 each; A$1,166 total
Total     Three (3) prizes A$1,166

Approximate retail values are stated in Australian dollars. Values converted from United States dollars use an indicative rate of US$1.00 = A$1.3884 as at 11 September 2026; actual retail values will vary with prevailing retail prices and exchange rates. A New Zealand winner receives the New Zealand dollar equivalent of any stated Australian dollar amount.

7.1 Prize conditions

(a)   No substitution, transfer, assignment or cash equivalent will be permitted except by the Promoter/Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable or cannot lawfully be awarded in the winner’s jurisdiction.

(b)   All costs and expenses not expressly described as included in a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

(c)   A prize is awarded to the named winner only and may not be redeemed by any other person.

Every prize will be delivered to the winner within twenty-eight (28) days of the draw, or within twenty-eight (28) days of completion of the verification steps in Section 9 if later (within 28 days of the draw for VIC).

No prize consists of, or includes, liquor, tobacco, vaping products, firearms, ammunition, imitation firearms or any prohibited weapon.

7.2 Odds of winning

The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Neither the Promoter/Sponsor nor any other person can predict that number in advance.

No separate entry fee is charged and no payment increases an entrant’s chance of winning. Every entrant obtains an entry on the same basis — one (1) entry for completing two (2) Eligible Classes during the Promotion Period — and every eligible entry has a random and equal chance of being selected.

  1. Winner Selection

The draw will be conducted by the Promoter at 3, 3/5 Young St, Neutral Bay NSW 2089, Australia at 10:00 a.m. AEDT (UTC+11) on Tuesday, 13 October 2026. The draw is a random draw conducted by computerised random selection from among all eligible entries in this promotion, so that every eligible entry has a random and equal chance of being selected.

The prizes are drawn in the order listed in the table in Section 7 and a separate winner is drawn for each. Only entries obtained in this promotion are included in the draw.

The decisions of the Promoter/Sponsor in relation to all matters concerning the draw are final and binding, subject to any right of review conferred by law or by a regulator.

  1. Winner Notification, Verification and Announcement

(a)   Each potential winner will be notified within two (2) business days of the draw, using the contact details supplied at entry, by email and (where an Instagram handle was supplied) by Instagram direct message from @f45training.

(b)   Each potential winner must respond to the notification within 14 days.

(c)   Before a prize is released, the potential winner must execute and return a declaration of eligibility, a liability release and (except where prohibited by law) a publicity release, together with any tax documentation required by Section 10, within five (5) business days of the date the documents are sent.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the time allowed, is found to be ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to return the required documents, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be drawn at random from among the remaining eligible entries in this promotion, time permitting.

The winners will be announced on https://f45training.com/f45-challenge/ by 17 October 2026. Winners will be identified by first name, last initial and state, territory or region of residence.

  1. Taxes

The Promoter/Sponsor does not withhold tax from any prize. Each winner is solely responsible for determining and meeting any tax or reporting obligation that may arise in Australia, New Zealand or elsewhere from receipt of a prize, including any obligation arising because the prize is connected with the winner’s business.

The Promoter/Sponsor does not provide tax advice. Entrants should consult their own tax adviser about the consequences of entering or winning.

  1. Publicity Release

Acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent to the Promoter/Sponsor’s use of their name, state, territory or region of residence, likeness, photograph, voice, image, social media handle and any statements they make about this promotion, for advertising, promotional and publicity purposes, in all media now known or later devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further notice, review, approval or compensation. That consent is obtained separately and in writing from each winner by means of the publicity release referred to in Section 9, and is additional to the publication of winners required by Section 17.1.

  1. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this promotion is collected by the Promoter/Sponsor and used to administer it — to verify eligibility and class attendance, conduct the draws, contact and verify winners, deliver prizes, announce results and meet the Promoter/Sponsor’s record-keeping obligations — and otherwise in accordance with the Promoter/Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://f45training.com/privacy-policy/.

Personal information collected in connection with this promotion is transferred to, stored in and processed in the United States, whose data protection laws differ from those of Australia and New Zealand. The Promoter/Sponsor takes reasonable steps to ensure that the overseas recipient handles that information in a manner consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles and the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

Entrants‘ personal information will not be used for any purpose beyond those set out in this Section without the entrant’s separate consent.

  1. General Conditions

Subject to any applicable law and any direction of a regulator, the Promoter/Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify this promotion, or any part of it, if fraud, technical failure or any other factor beyond the Promoter/Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs its integrity or proper functioning.

The Promoter/Sponsor may disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of this promotion, misrepresenting class attendance, acting in breach of these Terms, or acting in a disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

Any attempt deliberately to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and the Promoter/Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  1. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, each entrant releases and agrees to hold harmless the Promoter/Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, franchisees and studios, each prize supplier, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, trainers, instructors, contractors and agents (together, the „Released Parties“), from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damage, injury, illness, cost or expense arising out of or in connection with participation in this promotion, attendance at any class, or the acceptance, receipt, possession, use or misuse of a prize.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, condition, warranty, right or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or, for New Zealand entrants, by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986 (NZ), that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified. Prizes are goods or services to which the consumer guarantees apply, and the limitations in this Section apply only to the extent permitted by those laws.

  1. Disputes and Governing Law

For entrants who are residents of Australia, these Terms are governed by the law of the State or Territory in which the entrant ordinarily resides. For entrants who are residents of New Zealand, these Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand and each such entrant submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

Nothing in this Section limits any statutory right of a consumer that cannot lawfully be waived, and no limitation of liability in these Terms applies to the extent that it would contravene the Australian Consumer Law or the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

  1. Meta (Instagram and Facebook) Release

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram or Facebook. Entrants provide their information to the Promoter/Sponsor, not to Meta.

  1. Jurisdiction-Specific Provisions

The following provisions apply to entrants in the jurisdictions named and prevail over any conflicting provision elsewhere in these Terms.

17.1 Australia

Promoter. The promoter for Australian entrants is F45 Training Pty Ltd (ABN 75 162 731 900) of 3-5 Young St, Neutral Bay NSW 2089.

Entry and price. No separate charge is made for entry into this promotion. Entry is conditional on registration for the C51 Challenge, which participating studios sell at no more than the price that would apply without the opportunity to take part in this promotion. Participating studios are required not to increase the price of the C51 Challenge by reason of this promotion, and entering costs an entrant nothing beyond that ordinary price.

Permits and authorities. No permit, licence or authority is required to conduct this promotion in any State or Territory of Australia. The total value of the prizes in this promotion is approximately A$1,166, which does not exceed the value above which a permit, licence or authority is required in any State or Territory, and this promotion is conducted in accordance with the conditions prescribed by the gaming and lotteries legislation of each State and Territory.

Separate promotions. Each of the other C51 Weekly Prize Giveaways (Weeks 2, 3, 4, 5) and the C51 Grand Prize Draw is a separate trade promotion with its own promotion period, its own entries, its own draw, its own prizes and, where required, its own permits and authorities. Their prize values do not form part of the total prize value of this promotion.

Draw and winner publication. The draw is conducted as described in Section 8 so that every eligible entry has a random and equal chance of being selected. The name of each winner (first name, last initial and State or Territory) will be available upon request at the address listed in Section 18 for a period of not less than twenty-eight (28) days from the date of the draw.

Prize delivery. Every prize will be delivered to the winner within twenty-eight (28) days of the draw, or of completion of the verification steps in Section 9 if later (within 28 days of the draw for VIC).

Unclaimed prizes. An unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at 3, 3/5 Young St, Neutral Bay NSW 2089 at 10:00 a.m. AEDT on Monday, 15 February 2027 from among the remaining eligible entries in this promotion, and the winner of that draw will be notified within 2 business days in the same manner as the original winner and published within 7 days of the unclaimed prize draw on the same publication as the original winner.

Records. The Promoter will keep records of the entries, the draw and the distribution of prizes for a period of not less than 5 years (or 7 years if an unclaimed draw is required) after this promotion is finalised.

Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

17.2 New Zealand

Promoter. The promoter for New Zealand entrants is F45 Training Pty Ltd (ABN 75 162 731 900) of 3-5 Young St, Neutral Bay NSW 2089.

No licence required. This promotion is a sales promotion scheme within the meaning of section 4 of the Gambling Act 2003 and is authorised by that Act; it requires no licence or approval. The C51 Challenge is a service ordinarily supplied by participating studios and is sold at its usual retail price. It costs an entrant nothing extra to enter this promotion beyond that usual price, no entry fee is payable directly or indirectly, the Promoter makes no commercial gain from this promotion other than through the normal trading of its goods and services, the F45 Training app is free to download, and the outcome of the draw is determined by random selection.

Fair Trading Act. All conditions of this promotion, including the Promotion Period and the closing time for entries, are set out in these Terms and are stated in the promotional material for this promotion. The Promoter will not alter these Terms without notifying participants.

Consumer Guarantees Act. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy conferred by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

  1. Winner List

To request the name of a winner, email [email protected] or write to the Promoter at 3-5 Young St, Neutral Bay NSW 2089 by 31 March 2027. Winners are also published in accordance with Sections 9 and 17.1.

  1. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, that provision will be severed to the extent of the invalidity or unenforceability in that jurisdiction only, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

No failure or delay by the Promoter/Sponsor in exercising a right under these Terms operates as a waiver of that right.

F45 TRAINING C51 WEEKLY PRIZE GIVEAWAY – WEEK 2

OFFICIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND

NO SEPARATE FEE IS CHARGED FOR ENTRY. ENTRY IS OBTAINED AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 6 AND REQUIRES REGISTRATION FOR THE C51 CHALLENGE. WHERE A PARTICIPATING STUDIO CHARGES FOR THE C51 CHALLENGE, THAT CHARGE IS THE STUDIO’S ORDINARY PRICE FOR THE PROGRAMME AND IS NOT INCREASED BY REASON OF THIS PROMOTION. NO AMOUNT IS PAYABLE FOR THE RIGHT TO ENTER OR TO WIN. OPEN ONLY TO RESIDENTS OF AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

  1. Sponsor and Promoter

This promotion is promoted in Australia and New Zealand by F45 Training Pty Ltd (ABN 75 162 731 900) of 3-5 Young St, Neutral Bay NSW 2089 ( the „Promoter“), and is administered by F45 Training Inc., a Delaware corporation whose registered business address is 3601 South Congress Avenue, Building E, Austin, Texas 78704, United States of America (the „Sponsor“, „F45 Training“, „we“, „us“ or „our“).

References in these Terms to the Sponsor include the relevant Promoter where the context requires. The Sponsor is the sole provider of the prizes described in Section 7, except where a prize is supplied by a third-party partner identified in that Section.

Questions about this promotion should be directed to [email protected].

  1. Agreement to These Terms; Independent Promotion

By entering the C51 Weekly Prize Giveaway – Week 2 (this „promotion“), each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Terms and Conditions (the „Terms“) and by the decisions of the Promoter/Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion. Entrants who do not agree should not enter.

IMPORTANT: The C51 Weekly Prize Giveaway – Week 2 is a separate and independent promotion from each of the other C51 Weekly Prize Giveaways (Weeks 1, 3, 4, 5) and from the C51 Grand Prize Draw.

The C51 Weekly Prize Giveaway – Week 2 begins at 12:00 a.m. Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) on Monday, 12 October 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) on Sunday, 18 October 2026 (the „Promotion Period“). One (1) draw will be conducted, on 20 October 2026.

Register for the C51 Challenge in the F45 Training app on or before 11:59 p.m. Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) on Monday, 12 October 2026, when registration for the C51 Challenge closes.

(f)   The Promoter/Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or not received owing to technical failure, network congestion or any other cause outside its reasonable control.

6.3 One prize per person

An entrant may win no more than one (1) prize in this promotion. An entrant who has been confirmed as the winner of a prize in an earlier C51 Weekly Prize Giveaway is not eligible to win a prize in this promotion.

The total value of the prizes in this promotion is approximately A$537.

Promotion Entries close Draw date Prize Approx. retail value
Week 2 · 12–18 Oct 18 Oct 2026 20 Oct 2026 Three (3) 3 Month Hydration Bundle – Dr Hydrate A179each;A537 total
Total     Three (3) prizes A$537

Approximate retail values are stated in Australian dollars. Values converted from United States dollars use an indicative rate of US1.00=A1.3884 as at 11 September 2026; actual retail values will vary with prevailing retail prices and exchange rates.

AEDT (UTC+11) on Tuesday, 20 October 2026.

The winners will be announced on https://f45training.com/f45-challenge/ by 24 October 2026.

By entering the C51 Weekly Prize Giveaway – Week 3 (this „promotion“), each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Terms and Conditions (the „Terms“) and by the decisions of the Promoter/Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion. Entrants who do not agree should not enter.

IMPORTANT: The C51 Weekly Prize Giveaway – Week 3 is a separate and independent promotion from each of the other C51 Weekly Prize Giveaways (Weeks 1, 2, 4, 5) and from the C51 Grand Prize Draw.

The C51 Weekly Prize Giveaway – Week 3 begins at 12:00 a.m. Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) on Monday, 19 October 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) on Sunday, 25 October 2026 (the „Promotion Period“). One (1) draw will be conducted, on 27 October 2026.

Register for the C51 Challenge in the F45 Training app on or before 11:59 p.m. Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) on Monday, 12 October 2026, when registration for the C51 Challenge closes.

Winning a prize in this promotion does not affect an entrant’s eligibility for the C51 Grand Prize Draw, which is a separate promotion with its own entries and its own draw.

  1. Prizes

Two (2) prizes are available to be won in this promotion, as set out in the table below. Each prize is awarded to a separate winner, drawn sequentially in the draw for this promotion. Entries from Australia and New Zealand are pooled into a single entry pool and compete for the same prizes. The total value of the prizes in this promotion is approximately A$500.

Promotion Entries close Draw date Prize Approx. retail value
Week 3 · 19–25 Oct 25 Oct 2026 27 Oct 2026 Two (2) $250 Reebok Voucher A$250 each; A$500 total
Total     Two (2) prizes A$500

Approximate retail values are stated in Australian dollars. Values converted from United States dollars use an indicative rate of US$1.00 = A$1.3884 as at 11 September 2026; actual retail values will vary with prevailing retail prices and exchange rates. A New Zealand winner receives the New Zealand dollar equivalent of any stated Australian dollar amount.

Vouchers are subject to the issuer’s terms and expiry date.

AEDT (UTC+11) on Tuesday, 27 October 2026.

The winners will be announced on https://f45training.com/f45-challenge/ by 31 October 2026.

The total value of the prizes in this promotion is approximately A$500, which does not exceed the value above which a permit, licence or authority is required in any State or Territory, and this promotion is conducted in accordance with the conditions prescribed by the gaming and lotteries legislation of each State and Territory.

Separate promotions. Each of the other C51 Weekly Prize Giveaways (Weeks 1, 2, 4, 5) and the C51 Grand Prize Draw is a separate trade promotion with its own promotion period, its own entries, its own draw, its own prizes and, where required, its own permits and authorities.

The winners will be announced on https://f45training.com/f45-challenge/ by 7 November 2026.

The total value of the prizes in this promotion is approximately A$1,055, which does not exceed the value above which a permit, licence or authority is required in any State or Territory, and this promotion is conducted in accordance with the conditions prescribed by the gaming and lotteries legislation of each State and Territory.

Separate promotions. Each of the other C51 Weekly Prize Giveaways (Weeks 1, 2, 3, 5) and the C51 Grand Prize Draw is a separate trade promotion with its own promotion period, its own entries, its own draw, its own prizes and, where required, its own permits and authorities.

F45 TRAINING C51 WEEKLY PRIZE GIVEAWAY – WEEK 5

By entering the C51 Weekly Prize Giveaway – Week 5 (this „promotion“), each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Terms and Conditions (the „Terms“) and by the decisions of the Promoter/Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion. Entrants who do not agree should not enter.

IMPORTANT: The C51 Weekly Prize Giveaway – Week 5 is a separate and independent promotion from each of the other C51 Weekly Prize Giveaways (Weeks 1, 2, 3, 4) and from the C51 Grand Prize Draw.

The C51 Weekly Prize Giveaway – Week 5 begins at 12:00 a.m. Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) on Monday, 2 November 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) on Sunday, 8 November 2026 (the „Promotion Period“). One (1) draw will be conducted, on 10 November 2026.

Register for the C51 Challenge in the F45 Training app on or before 11:59 p.m. Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) on Monday, 12 October 2026, when registration for the C51 Challenge closes.

Week 5 · 2–8 Nov 8 Nov 2026 10 Nov 2026 Two (2) $250 Reebok Voucher A$250 each; A$500 total

AEDT (UTC+11) on Tuesday, 10 November 2026.

The winners will be announced on https://f45training.com/f45-challenge/ by 14 November 2026.
