Jess has explored many different types of training, from bodybuilding to CrossFit to barre and beyond, but it wasn’t until she discovered F45 that she truly felt at home. As a young mom, F45 has helped her navigate through pregnancy and postpartum training, providing the support, motivation, and strength she needed. Jess is on a mission to share the incredible impact F45 can have on motherhood and inspire others to experience the life changing team training. Jess is a mother of one and is pregnant with her second child on the way.
Nic, a former college hockey player and recent cancer survivor, draws from the knowledge and strength acquired through his challenges to positively influence others. Understanding that one’s best effort can vary daily, he is deeply committed to his life’s purpose of supporting others on their individual, unique journeys. Having faced significant hardships himself, Nic is eager to inspire and challenge those facing difficult times, offering support and community in the same way F45 has supported him.
Noah has an incredible life story as a military veteran, Men’s Health Ultimate Fitness Guy, Author, Motivational Speaker, Entrepreneur, and so much more. This Purple Heart-awarded, double-amputee veteran decided to join the military as a result of the September 11th terror attacks in the United States. However, his battles didn’t end in the field when he was forced to adapt to a life with only two limbs following an explosion during Operation Iraqi Freedom, which would take his left leg above the knee and his left arm above the elbow. Noah’s journey is unlike any other and he has found a passion for fitness and sharing his message of inclusivity across our F45 community and beyond.
Cristina is both a certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist, with a background in dance and team sports (lacrosse). She has been a part of the F45 family since 2020 as an F45 Athlete and face of F45 Recovery. Her professional enthusiasm was ignited by the muscle imbalances she experienced from years of high-impact sports. Since then, she has dedicated herself to helping others attain bodily alignment and relief, aiming to improve their quality of life.
For the past eight years, Alice has been deeply committed to the fitness industry. Initially, she started as a trainer, and six years ago, her family made a significant investment in the F45 Mitcham and Croydon studios. Since then, Alice has been the key figure in managing and operating these studios. She is passionate about coaching and dedicates twenty-five hours each week to working on the floor with her exceptional members. Alice is not just a trainer; she’s an ultra-athlete and a serious runner who has competed on the world stage at Hyrox events. Her enthusiasm for F45 and her vibrant, positive energy are contagious, creating an unmatched atmosphere both inside and outside the studio.
Back in March of 2021, Olympic Athlete Morgan Mitchell joined the family as an F45 Athlete and on screen presence. Morgan is a track and field athlete for the Australian national team, competing in the 400m and 800m track events. She loves the community spirit that F45 brings, where everyday members and world-class athletes can train like champions, alongside one another.
With almost fifteen years of experience in the fitness industry, Jordi has become a passionate and knowledgeable F45 franchisee. He finds great joy in imparting his expertise to both his coaches and members, actively assisting individuals in finding their passion for a healthy lifestyle. Jordi skillfully balances managing his F45 Marshland studio, being a father to one boy and one girl, and maintaining his own training regimen. He is particularly passionate about educating his staff at the F45 Marshland studio and aspires to influence other coaches at F45 locations globally.
Mariam is an Egyptian Canadian who found her love for fitness after getting her Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from MIT. Starting as an F45 member, she went through a significant weight loss transformation, eventually leaving her engineering academia career behind to pursue her passion for F45. Mariam is here to show women everywhere that fitness is for everyone and to inspire people from all over the world. Her vibrant spirit and infectious personality, coupled with her dedication to learning fitness, makes her a valuable asset to coach, inspire and educate people all over the world.
Rilwan, a semi-professional football player, is a dedicated coach who believes that F45 provides him the platform to coach in a style that he is passionate about. With the time and opportunity to assess members, he is able to apply his expertise in his own unique way. Rilwan is a firm believer in the proven effectiveness of the F45 philosophy, and he takes immense pride in being part of a brand that not only aligns with his coaching style but also empowers him in his role as a coach.
April has been an integral part of the F45 family for six years. Her journey began as a member, working out on the floor, and she now proudly manages two studios in Singapore. With past experience in CrossFit and Hyrox, April brings a dynamic range of knowledge from various fitness disciplines. Her passion for F45 is fueled by witnessing members’ evolution and the tangible improvements in their daily lives. She understands the significance of functional training and its role in promoting longevity and a healthy body. For April, her role is more than just a job; it’s a deeply motivating and fulfilling aspect of her life.
Hoon, a master trainer in South Korea, has dedicated several years to elevating the F45 brand with his extensive knowledge and enthusiasm for fitness. He not only excels as an incredible coach but also in educating others about the benefits of F45 and effective coaching strategies, significantly contributing to F45’s growth in Korea. Hoon values every moment spent in each F45 class and feels honored to be part of his members’ journey towards a healthier lifestyle. For Hoon, being an F45 coach within such a remarkable community is a dream realized. He is motivated to extend his help to more people both within Korea and globally, fostering their fitness and wellness journeys.
John is driven by the impact his work has on changing lives, particularly when he talks to people who have never experienced F45 before. In his current role as studio manager, he focuses on breaking down barriers, helping newcomers feel at ease as they take their first steps on their fitness journey. These daily interactions with community members give him a great sense of fulfillment. Proud to be a part of a brand that has significantly evolved group training, John, a longtime coach in the F45 network, is enthusiastic about the dynamic and constantly changing workouts. He is committed to using his fitness expertise to assist F45 communities everywhere, guiding them on their path to health and wellness.
